Shipping and Delivery

We aim to make ordering from PackPillow simple and transparent.

Orders are normally processed before being handed to our delivery partners. Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at packpillowstore@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your order appears significantly delayed, email us with your order number and we will help investigate it.
